CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for canceled appointments. At a time when the demand for diagnostic imaging is at an all-time high, this advance notice of your cancellation allows us to allow sufficient time to offer your appointment slot to another patient seeking medical care.

Late Arrivals

We do our best to run on time during the day, and late arrivals make this difficult. If you arrive late more than 5 minutes for shorter appointments (20 minutes) or if you arrive late more than 10 minutes for longer appointments (over 20 minutes), you may not be seen. Our staff will do their best to find a time slot for you on the same day but if there is no availability, you will need to rebook your appointment

Missed Appointments ( and not canceling with 24 hours notice)

When you make an appointment at the clinic, time, medical equipment, and staff are reserved specifically for you. Missing an appointment, especially without providing advance notice, causes significant delays for other patients requiring medical care and contributes to longer wait times when appointments are rebooked.

If you miss an appointment or cancel without sufficient notice, a no-show charge of $90 will apply. Please note that this fee is cash only, as the clinic does not have debit or credit card facilities. This bill must be paid prior to your next visit to any Brantford Radiology Group clinic.
